Overview

KAIRO is a non-custodial DeFi platform built on the Arc network that combines perpetuals trading, prediction markets, Arc token swaps, lending, pooled funds and token creation in one interface. Its primary value is access to several financial products for Arc tokens from a user's own wallet, without depositing funds into a custodial account.

KAIRO describes itself as the financial layer of Arc and is currently labeled Beta. The interface is operated by Proodos Group BV, which states that it is not licensed, registered or approved by any regulator. The product menu covers Swap, Perps, Predict (markets), Pools, Vaults, Lend, Funds, Pay, KLIK, Create Token, Protected Launch and an AI Agent powered by the Circle Agent Stack. The Agent Wallet is optional and delegated, and the site states the AI never has unrestricted access to user funds. Swaps carry a 0.25% fee. KAIRO Finance offers fixed-rate financing against BTC collateral on Arc mainnet, with borrower rates from 9.99% (6 months) to 14.99% (36 months), priced using Chainlink BTC/USD, and liquidation selling into USDC on Arc. KAIRO Funds lets users invest in baskets of up to 8 Arc tokens, with managers rebalancing only through approved swaps. At the time of review, the site states that deposits and new financing in Finance, and public deposits in Funds, are closed.

Arc token swaps use KAIRO Smart Routing on Arc mainnet with a standard 0.25% fee; KLIK adds no extra fee.
