Trade XYZ (trade.xyz) is a non-custodial perpetual futures DEX built on the Hyperliquid network via the HIP-3 builder framework, enabling traders to access crypto and traditional finance (TradFi) asset markets onchain around the clock. Its primary value is delivering institutional-grade, 24/7 perpetual markets — including a licensed S&P 500 perpetual — entirely on a decentralized order book with no centralized custody or gatekeeping.
Founded in 2024 and launched in October 2025 as Hyperliquid's first HIP-3 deployment, Trade XYZ pioneered the concept of bringing TradFi trading pairs such as GOLD-USDC and SILVER-USDC into a fully decentralized environment. The protocol reached a significant milestone on March 18, 2026, when it obtained an official S&P 500 license, becoming the first platform to offer an institutional-grade, 24/7 perpetual market for the benchmark index. As of early 2026, the protocol records over $53 billion in 30-day perpetual volume and $1.54 billion in open interest.
