How We Calculate Utility Score
Our Utility Score is calculated based on a weighted analysis of Platform Functionality, User Experience (UX), Ecosystem Integration, and Active Usage. We evaluate the practical value of the tools, feature availability, cross-chain support, and real-world adoption metrics across the Web3 ecosystem.
Note: Utility scores are dynamic and update as apps release new features or add network support. Users should evaluate features based on their own use cases.

Overview
Dinari is a fintech infrastructure company that issues dShares, tokenized representations of US stocks and ETFs, each backed 1:1 by an underlying security held in a custodial brokerage account. Its primary value lies in combining the legal and economic rights of traditional equity ownership, including dividends and voting rights, with the settlement speed and programmability of blockchain rails.
Dinari operates through a regulated stack: Dinari Securities, LLC is a FINRA-member broker-dealer and the company holds SEC transfer-agent registration, a combination few competitors in the tokenized-equity space possess. This structure allows dShares to be distributed both to eligible US investors, following an August 2026 launch covering 724 stocks including the full S&P 500, and to users in 85+ other jurisdictions through partner platforms. dShares are issued across multiple chains, including Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, and Solana, and are coordinated through the Dinari Financial Network, an Avalanche-powered settlement layer.
Performance
Instant, 24/7 onchain settlement replaces the one-to-two-day settlement cycle typical of traditional equity markets.
Web
Primary access via dinari.com, docs.dinari.com, and partner platforms integrating the dShares API or widget.
