Today it encompasses BNB Smart Chain (BSC) as its EVM-compatible core, opBNB as an optimistic Layer 2 scaling solution built on the OP Stack, and BNB Greenfield — a decentralized data storage and economy layer. The ecosystem is backed by Binance, one of the world's largest crypto exchanges, and trusted by partners including Google, AWS, Franklin Templeton, and CoinMarketCap.
